The following is from "Golf" Friday 17 December 1897 - "The Leominster Golf Club has amalgamated with the Kingsland Golf Club."

It was reported that in July 1902 that there had been a fire at the headquarters of the Kingsland Golf Club.

In 1905 Kingsland Golf Club became Leominster Golf Club.
