Llanishen (Lisvane) Golf Club, Cardiff. (1900 – 1923)
The Lisvane Golf Club was founded in 1898 with a 9-hole golf course to the east of the railway near Ty-mawr.
The Lisvane Golf Club ceased to exist in 1902 when most of the members moved to form the Radyr Golf Club.
The Llanishen Golf Club came into being in 1904 and continued playing at Ty-mawr until 1923 when the club moved to its present location on the opposite side of the railway.

The Llanishen Golf Club first appears in 1904 with a nine-hole course at Ty-Mawr.

It was reported in May 1905 that there was a good number of members on the Lisvane course. The membership had nearly reached 100 and the course was playing very well.
